MKM STUDIO was established by photographer, Karel Beneš, a member
of the Czech Association of Artists, graduate of the Prague School of Graphic
Arts, after 20 years of active involvement in the field of advertising. The Studio's
activities are aimed towards advertising photography, especially industrial,
architecture, vehicles, glass, and artistic document photography.
The Studio uses large format cameras Sinar P2, several medium format
Mamiya RZ 67 and Mamiya 645 cameras, Nikon 35 mm equipment, and flash
units Broncolor with the capacity of 15 000 Ws.
Each photographic job is worked through digitally. The Studio has high powered Apple
Macintosh graphics computers. These not only serve the purpose of manipulating
images, but also to communicate with graphic artists and clients. Faithful color
representation of individual prints is secured by the use of calibrated Barco monitors.
Every project is presented to the client on CD, together with photographic quality
prints up to A3+.
MKM STUDIO's primary role in the field of advertising is through the medium
of photography. On clients' wishes the Studio is also able to provide a full service,
including graphic design, and high quality print.
